Question–: “A Movie Script” a poem for comments, Do you watch the classics?
“A Movie Script”
With alert bright eyes
ears open wide
and a silent voice,
a child watches
a daily movie show,
one of a kind
never seen on screen,
starring classic characters
parents, siblings, friends,
from this the child learns
how to see, hear and speak.
Take one, scene two
The child appears at school
carrying
the kit of homemade tools.

So true! I wish more parents would realize this. Children have little video cams in their heads and carry the tapes in their little brains everywhere they go.
When I taught….I could see their home scenes and hear the home vocabulary everyday…it was hard to discipline the kids when I knew they were only replaying the tapes.

Tool Kit watches
Question–: i cracked my ipod touch’s glass screen, should i replace it myself?
I have very little money, I was just about to sell my ipod on craigslist when I cracked the screen..
I’m going to buy a new “digitizer” (the glass piece) and tool kit online. And try and replace the piece myself. (I’m gona watch some youtube videos)
but I’m afraid of totally destroying my ipod.
Is it likely that would happen?
I’m planning on following the directions to a T..
but even still what risks are there?
what should watch out for?
what are some common mistakes?
how anybody attempted this before (successfully or unsuccessfully)?
I really can’t afford to break this ipod! lol.thanks

It’s not a risk that I would take. Consider that every day there are people here looking to buy a really inexpensive one. You might just sell it the way it is, or else have it done by someone who knows what he or she is doing and already has the necessary tool(s).
