Nautica watch –: Where can I get a Watch Engraved?
Hi Everybody!!

I’m planning to buy my Boyfriend a watch for Christmas, and I would really like to get the back Engraved with a few lines.
Does anybody know a good place to have this done? I would like a place that does very high quality engraving.

If anybody has any suggestions as to a nice Jewelry Store that does engraving on watches (That are not bought from their specific store, as I already have a watch selected from Dillard’s), I would be extremely grateful for your ideas!! And, how long might this take?

Also, does anybody know if Nautica watches already have any sort of engraving on the back (Such as Brand name, and watch info)? Q&A–: Wrist watch: What is and how does it works: TELEMETER and TACHYMETER?
This is the deal,

I got a Nautica Eclipse N 21003 Chronograph for my birthday, and in the cleaning after my mom threw the box and manuals away.

It claims that it has a TELEMETER and a TACHYMETER, i´ve been trying to learn about these features online and haven’t been able to really understand them, and how to put them at work.

A telemeter determines how long it takes a sound to travel between the watch and a specific object. This measurement is then used to determine the distance between the two points. The telemeter scale is usually set on the bezel. (Similar to a bat’s sonar capabilities, in my opinion)

A tachymeter, or tachometer, is a watch function that measures the speed at which the wearer traveled by means of a numeric scale on the watch bezel of a chronograph. Frequently used to determine a speed of a car over a measured distance. (Basically tells you how fast you are moving)
