I know that Timex is a well known brand. However, I bought my BF a gorgeous digital watch in this brand and after about a year, the battery was acting wacky even after he replaced it. Avoid this brand. Fossils are nice but pricey. Are you set on buying them watches? There are many other appropriate gifts you can get them instead. Here’s a link –

Skagen makes very good looking dressier watches. They are not that expensive and they are so thin that after wearing them you will not want to go back to thicker bulky watches. You can buy them at Macy’s or you can order them online through Amazon a little cheaper.
