That said, I understand peoples issues with Europe and while I support a union, I would also support a restructuring and wide reaching reforms to make the system more democratic, bit more decentralised in some areas.. more transparent etc

Further proof that Pat’s right and democracy is dead in Europe came this week (not in August when he posted his video) when the French and Germans bullied the Greeks out of their promised referendum. On no account will the people of Europe EVER be allowed a meaningful vote on anything to do with the European super state project.
Same problem in America and Europe. The banking interests have coopted all forms of government and are remaking society with all parties heavily indebted to them. This will all end with anarchy and revolutionaries.
@CommissarXIV – there was a left wing revolution in the 60s/ 70s. They took over the education system/ civil service/ town halls etc etc etc and then opened the floodgates to any person who wanted to live here. Are you saying that the Euro-zone was created by European multinational corporations who use a ” political class” as their “employees?” This political class is signing away the natural birthright of all Europeans, liberty, to corporations that are making the real decisions now for Europe. @patcondell I cannot believe that our house of parliament voted no for a referendum on the EU despite nearly 400,000 readers in the UK from one newspaper alone handing a petition for the rights for a referendum. But wait….I forgot what a bunch robbing c*nts they really are who are only interested a lining their own pockets. How much does a Euro MP earn? £200,000 a year plus for a 20 hour a week job? mmm I think thats real reason don’t you? Britain has been cash cow for too long!.
